This section covers Casino Policies regarding cash-outs (withdrawing funds from your Account).
- Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal depends upon your payout method. Options include e-wallet accounts or cheque. However, the Casino will not issue cheques for less than US$50. In which case, funds under US$50 will be returned to your Account for further gaming.
- Processing. All transactions, both charges and credits to e-wallet accounts, are processed once a day. At the end of the day, we will calculate each Player's daily balance and enter it into the Transaction History. Note that the amount of a cash-out request may be different than the resulting payout amount, because we only process the difference between deposits and winnings in a given day.
- Currency. All payout transactions are denominated in U.S. Dollars (symbol: $ or US$) unless noted otherwise. In an effort to help our players minimize cheque cashing fees for USD cheques, they are available in Pounds Sterling and Euros. We will use a current and competitive exchange rate in the conversion at the time of cashout.
- Payouts. Payouts will only be issued to the name and address of the bearer of the Account as it exists in our records. The Casino reserves the right to suspend a cash-out request pending verification of Player's identity, age and location.
We strive to make cash-outs as secure, safe and fast as possible. We offer several payout options, depending on the method a Player used to make deposits.
Payout Process for Deposits by Credit Card:
- Visa: payouts can be made directly to the Visa Credit or Debit Cards issued in most European countries. When you cash out, you will be given the option of choosing a preferred payout method. Simply select the Visa Credits option and follow the instructions. We will process your credit within 2-3 business days. However, your bank may delay posting the funds to your Visa account until the close of their billing cycle.
- MasterCard: due to regulations imposed by MasterCard, cash outs directly to MasterCard Credit or Debit Cards are no longer allowed.
Payout Process for Deposits through methods other than credit card:
- Full cash-out to your preferred payout method. When you cash out, you will be given the option of choosing a preferred payout method. This can be an e-wallet account such as NETeller, EcoCard or Moneybookers. You will receive your payment most quickly through these options.
- Full cash-out by cheque. If you have not chosen a preferred payout method, or if you do not have an e-wallet account, we will send the full cash-out amount by cheque. In an effort to help our players minimize cheque cashing fees for USD cheques, they will be available in Pounds Sterling and Euros. We will use a current and competitive exchange rate in the conversion at the time of cash out.
